02How it works
Booking a DJ in Vancouver and an MC separately
is not a plan.
The usual version of this goes badly in a quiet way. You book a DJ. You book an MC. They meet for the first time an hour before doors, agree on nothing in particular, and spend the night half a beat out of step with each other. Nobody can point at what went wrong afterwards — the room just never quite caught fire.
I take the whole thing. I bring in the DJ, brief them properly, and host the room around them. The music and the microphone come from the same plan, which is the entire difference between a floor that fills and a floor that empties after the first slow song.
You get one point of contact, one invoice, and nobody to referee on the night. Same applies when your event needs a magician, a game show or kids entertainment — I put the right people in the right slots and run the flow between them.

Not whoever is free. I book from people I have worked with for years and brief them on your crowd, your must-plays and your hard nos.

Live hosting all night
Crowd moments, group numbers, and the invitations that pull the people standing at the edges into the middle of the floor.

First dance, parent dances, the cake, the send-off. Each one cued between the two of us so nobody is waiting for a song to end.
